These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, products, and services operated by Amboseli Foods LLC (“Amboseli Foods,” “USimplySeason,” “Flavorverse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including:

• USimplySeason® websites and online stores;
• Flavorverse™ membership areas, communities, and digital platforms;
• Courses, guides, and other digital content; and
• Any tools, features, or communications connected to these offerings.

By accessing or using any of our websites, products, or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases, join paid memberships, or create an account. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

a. Physical products

We sell spices, blends, and related products under the USimplySeason® brand. By placing an order, you:

• Confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete;
• Authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method; and
• Agree to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

b. Memberships and digital products

• Flavorverse™ memberships, digital guides, and courses may be offered as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions.
• Specific pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation details are displayed at checkout or in your account.
• By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with the terms shown at signup.

c. Pricing and availability

• Prices, product offerings, and availability may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or stock issues). If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund.

Flavorverse™ and any related community spaces are designed to be respectful, welcoming environments. By participating, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or our team;
• Post hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content;
• Share explicit, violent, or inappropriate material;
• Promote illegal activities, spam, or misleading information; or
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

We may moderate, edit, or remove content and may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or community expectations, at our reasonable discretion.

“User Content” includes any content you create, upload, post, or share through our services (for example: comments, recipes, photos, reviews, or discussion posts).

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting our services (for example, featuring a review on our website).
• You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third party’s rights, violate any laws, or breach these Terms.

Our brands, websites, content, logos, product names, images, and designs are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content unless the law allows it or we grant written permission.
• All trademarks, service marks, and logos (including USimplySeason® and Flavorverse™) are the property of Amboseli Foods LLC or their respective owners.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services or networks; or
• Deploy malware, automated bots, scraping tools, or similar technologies in ways we have not authorized.

Our content, recipes, and products are for general culinary and wellness inspiration and are not medical advice.

• You are responsible for reviewing ingredients, checking for allergies, and practicing safe food handling.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amboseli Foods LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill

arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, products, or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amboseli Foods LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services or products;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
