This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver USimplySeason® orders from our kitchen to yours, so you know exactly what to expect after you click “Place Order.”

This policy covers how Amboseli Foods LLC (“Amboseli Foods,” “USimplySeason,” “Flavorverse,” “we,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed through our online store or through other distribution channels we directly manage.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, product launches), processing times may extend. We will do our best to notify you of any delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to U.S. addresses using carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other trusted partners.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
  • Expedited Shipping: When available, estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and selected shipping method.
  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout when available.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at customercare@amboselifoods.com .
  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing or has shipped.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

If international shipping is available:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for fees that are charged after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number. If you need additional help, reach out to us.
  • If your items arrive damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item(s) and packaging.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from the carrier:

  • We can reship the order to an updated address (additional shipping charges may apply); or
  • Issue a refund for the product cost, minus original shipping fees, according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
