Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items once they have been opened or used. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with refunds or replacements in certain cases.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food products that have been opened or used. All sales of food items are final. If the product is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item or if there is a shipping error, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
