Baharat Kebabs


  • 1 lb of lamb, beef, or chicken cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of USimplySeason Baharat Spice Blend
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Skewers

How to make:

  1. In a bowl, combine the meat cubes, Baharat spice blend, olive oil, and salt. Toss until the meat is fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
  3. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with chunks of onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Grill the kebabs on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked, turning occasionally.
  5. Serve the kebabs with your favorite sides, such as rice, salad, or grilled vegetables.
