- 1 lb of lamb, beef, or chicken cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of USimplySeason Baharat Spice Blend
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- Cherry tomatoes
How to make:
- In a bowl, combine the meat cubes, Baharat spice blend, olive oil, and salt. Toss until the meat is fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
- If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
- Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with chunks of onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.
- Grill the kebabs on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked, turning occasionally.
- Serve the kebabs with your favorite sides, such as rice, salad, or grilled vegetables.
