Barberry and Goat Cheese Tart

  • One sheet of puff pastry thawed
  • 4 ounces of goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup USimplySeason Barberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the baking sheet by lightly flouring a surface and rolling out the puff pastry.
  3. Spread the goat cheese over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the barberries, parsley, and chives over the goat cheese.
